Lately I have been receiving a lot of questions about my favorite sources of inspiration for each category of my vision board, so I thought I’d write out this blog for your quick reference 🤍
The essence section of my vision board encapsulates what it feels like to live and embody my truth + purpose. Just last year I started learning about human design and found it so fascinating. I have the myhumandesignapp and use it almost every single day.
One of the most incredible entrepreneurs and humans I’ve ever met–she’s been one of most impactful mentors in my life. Judy is incredibly gifted at helping people uncover and consider new layers.
One of my favorite follows on instagram! I basically screen shot almost every single post.
The Ranches in Winterpark is my fav source of wealth + abundance inspiration these days. I use the wealth and abundance space on my vision board to paint the picture of what my own version of financial success looks like. For me, it looks like our own cabin or ranch, a place to slow down, a retreat to make memories, nestled in a valley near a river.
Cabin Chronicles is a show I’m obsessed with watching on the Magnolia Network. It’s incredibly expansive for me!
I also put specific financial goals in this section and financial mindset reminders. It’s so important and empowering to have a specific financial goal to be working towards. I always take my yearly and monthly financial goals I’ve created inside Your Richest Year and put them in this section of my vision board.
The Relationship space of my vision board is filled with images that show the memories I want to make with the people I love most. Weekend getaways and date nights with Jason, night spent with the kids around the fire…
I find PURE JOY HOME and JACEY DUPRIE inspiring.
I love reading ATTICUS POETRY and JEDIDIAH JENKINS, and printing out quotes & words from both of them.
I have to be honest…this might just be my favorite part of my vision! I could look at beautiful spaces all day long. Here are just a few of some of the inspiration I’m loving these days:
I’m in love with the sturdy, homey, and inviting energy Amber creates in her work.
One of my favorites for food inspiration. Tieghan creates the most beautiful, comforting meals.
Does anyone know if Ina is adopting adult children?! Asking for myself 😉
Athena’s eye for tasteful, timeless design is unmatched. I could look at her work for hours.
I found Floret Flowers a few years ago and ordered approximately a million of her seeds to plant my first cut flower garden. I have photos of her flowers and gardens all over my vision board.
These days I’m drawn to more grounded inspiration in the wellness space. Think pictures of slow walks outside, pilates, yoga, breathing, etc. I don’t really have specific sources of inspiration for this! I would recommend searching wellness-related activities on Pinterest for expansive imagery.
One of my favorite sources of inspiration is Amy Porterfield. I have her to thank for teaching me the world of digital courses and completely transforming/saving my business. I am endlessly inspired by how she does business and life. (P.S – she has a free quiz you can take to find your success archetype, I’m obsessed with it!)
Emily is an artist, and there is just something about her work and her studio space that I’m completely drawn to.
Joanna Gaines and Oprah constantly inspire me for all the obvious reasons. Reese Witherspoon and Sarah Blakely also inspire me as moms who have built incredible brands.
Lately I’ve been drawn to hidden, tucked away places that look like they could be right out of a dream…Slow Living Hotels is one of my favorite accounts to look at for finding inspiration.
