Quite possibly the best week of my life. 

For me, female friendships are like a life force and I recharge through the quality time that deepens them, and this one week every year is where I do that.

If you happened to catch my live segment, you already know that this year our trip was a vision board moment manifested on so many levels with my Smart Cookies girls/sisters in a destination that was truly off my vision board – The Farmhouse Inn in Sonoma County.

But icing on top of the whole visit ( and complete full circle moment) was hosting a Vision Board workshop at The Farmhouse Inn in an experience that felt like it was right out of a dream, complete with wine and butterflies that seemed to fly in on cue. 

Earlier this spring I decided on a quote that was my anchor and intention for the season ahead

 “Expect The Best and Allow It To Be Better Than You Ever Imagined”
