What Is Your Time Worth?

in Relationships and money

I remember a life changing moment when a mentor, Cameron Herold said to me, œif you aren’t great at it, why wouldn’t you just hire someone who is great at it to do it for you. And he wasn’t just talking business. How many jobs, tasks do you feel you œhave to take on that you could actually pay someone else to do? Wouldn’t doing so, free up some time that could potentially be used to make more money doing something you’re really good at? This month Cameron is featured in Success magazine and he offers suggestions on how to determine what tasks in your daily grind can be outsourced
1. Review a list of everything you do in a month

2. Beside each task indicate how well-equipped you are to complete that task.

I= Incompetent

C=Competent

E = Excellent

U= Unique ability

3. Delegate or outsource all the C’s and I’s

Who can you delegate to? There is a whole web of resources at your disposal, here are a list of our favorites.
