Smart Cookie Robyn recently sold her cute little condo, and although, in our opinion, her place was already adorable enough to sell as it was, Robyn decided that a fresh coat of paint would help her get top dollar.
On her quest to find Smart Cookie approved paint, she came across this tip, that we LOVED!
Paint stores allow all customers to customize their paint colors. But at least once a day, an “oops” is made, and the color comes out not quite as the customer requested, leaving the store with buckets of “oops” paint that might be a no-go for the customer that ordered it, but maybe perfect for you! With a couple $5 a gallons of oops paint, think of what you could do with your space!?
After Robyn’s painting, her place ended up selling only a week after listing, for $40,000 more than asking. No “oops” there!
