We would all like to believe that there are ways to make more dough, no matter how busy our lives are, but if we’re being honest, sometimes it can seem impossible.

Well, Avon reps don’t just believe they can make more money, they take action and they do it! We can all take a note from these go-getters who aren’t just sitting around making plans to make money, they’re actually out there making money no matter what their lifestyle.

In fact, we had the good fortune of meeting Suze Orman several years ago at an Avon event. She shared with us the story of her mother, who carried her family through an extremely tough time by being an Avon rep.

So no matter what your passion, and your money making outlet is, the lesson here is very clear: if we really want to make more money, we will make it happen no matter how busy or complicated our lives can seem.

#3. We’re successful not just because we’re women… but because we’re good at what we do!

Women deserve to be in high levels of management because we’ve proven how effective we are in positions of higher management. Just like women who actively invest in the stock market, once we actually get ourselves there (yes, this means we may actually have to ask for a promotion) we prove we perform equal to men, if not better.

The idea of giving money away can seem counter intuitive when we’re trying to make more money. But Avon has proven that giving back shouldn’t just be something you strive to do, it should be a part of who you are.

I have run my own businesses since middle school, and because I was always earning my own money, my parents couldn’t really tell me what to do with my money. Eventually I was the only one in the house with an updated computer. I started my first corporate career while attending high school.

Eventually, I became jobless. I had no choice but open another business to make ends meet while searching for work. I chose Avon! Instead of whining about not getting hired, I began to offer Avon products and catalogs on follow-up visits to hiring managers. I invest my earnings back into my Avon business, and it’s growing as I meet more and more people.

Now, I am in Leadership. My old job required FIVE YEARS. I advanced in my 1st month with Avon.

What would YOU do with an extra $100 to $500 per month as an Avon rep? My answer to that question was “build a solid financial future.” In these hard times, we need to pull ourselves up by the bootstraps, like my Great-Great Grandmother did, and earn our OWN successes.
