Money Groups

This section is for

You don’t need to be a member of a money group to be financially successful. But money groups are a great way to achieve your goals and strengthen friendships—or create new ones--along the way. We’ve become best friends since March 2006, when we started meeting, and we’re convinced that we’ve been able to accomplish more together than we would have on our own.

Money groups keep you motivated, accountable, and on track to reach your goals. Plus, sharing such intimate details about your finances and your dreams helps to create a bond with other money group members that can last a lifetime. It’s rewarding to celebrate the progress your fellow money group members have made and to know that you’ve played a part in it. It’s a relief to have friends you can count on to help you reach your goals. And it’s gratifying to be able to share your successes with other women who know, really know, how far you’ve come.

Be selective in who you choose to be a part of your money group. These should be people you respect and with whom you want to grow. They should truly want to make improvements in their finances and to learn more about saving, investing, and attracting more money. They must be committed to their own success and to the success of the other money group members. And they should be committed to attending all the meetings. These should also be people you trust to maintain confidentiality about the financial information each of you is sharing.
